My most recent order took eight weeks to receive

I did not receive the product that I ordered. I ordered the velofine and got a serum instead. The product that was advertised the toner that was pearly and creamy is just watered down and in a very small container no name on on the bottle looked nothing like the ad very disappointed. I will not be using this product as I don’t know what it is.. I have tried repeated emails. Contact the company. No answer. I will be going to my credit card and bank. This is no way to do business.!!!!

Order placed on 9/06/26 till now have not receive the order and every time I email Hanae support, it’s kept saying there’s delay so till now 9/27/26, I’m still waiting

Not the same product that was advertised.

Didn’t receive my package…..since August 30.

This product is from China no Korea, the bottles are 4oz not 16 oz. The color is way off from your advertising. It is cloudy not creamy

My order didn’t even arrive. I’ve waited and waited. I’m entitled to a full refund.
