Never received this order

The product is not like aspect

I ordered the product over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I sent an email requesting tracking and information on the product with no response back. When I go on the website to track my order it brings you to all these apps to track the number. I am requesting a refund and am so disappointed in this service and company. I was looking forward to trying this product.

Total scam! Product picture is size deceiving. Didn’t send complete order and won’t respond to emails. Scam scam scam!!!

Packaging doesn’t even display company name at all the sticker on the bottle is hand printed with no mention of the company name. Fake. No mention of hanae Korea on any of the packaging. Also what ever the liquid is it doesn’t what it says it does.

Have not received anything as yet! So really I can't comment

It’s been weeks that they claim my order was delivered. I have written email after email and no one has responded to it. From all the post that I’ve read so far this company is a scam. People have ordered the BOGO deal and have only received one. I purchased the same BOGO deal but have yet to receive even one! Worst customer service ever. I’m sure my credit company will get a response once I file a dispute. And I can almost bet this post will not be seen by anyone.

I never received my order! It’s been over a month! I check the tracking but no information available! I would like a refund asap!
