I was sent the wrong product after waiting over a month for shipping. They asked for my order number which I provided and it’s been a week and they haven’t responded.

Can’t leave a positive review if you never received the product. HANAE sent me the wrong order the wrong product. I started a dispute with my credit card company HANAE immediately then sent me an email stating they would send me the correct product. that was eight days ago. I’ve never received an email saying anything has shipped yet or anything. So no, can’t give a review if I’ve never received the product that I have paid for !
