I ordered two toners and received two small ones, completely unbranded….. likely from Temu. This company is a scam.

The product isn’t working. My lashes having gotten any longer or thicker.

Order has not arrived and it’s been nearly 3 weeks! I’ve tried messaging them via their website but no reply, their contact phone number provided doesn’t work nor does their WhatsApp contact number.

[Certain] The timeline makes Hanae’s responsibility clearer because it shows they acknowledged the problem days ago and committed to correcting it. Very disappointed with how this order has been handled. I ordered Hanae Silk Peptide EGF Facial Toner in early September. On September 27, I received two tiny 100 mL bottles of basic Chinese toner instead—completely different packaging, marked Made in China, and with no Hanae branding. This was not the product I ordered or paid for. On September 28, Hanae responded and acknowledged that what I received did not match my order. They offered to resend the correct Hanae product. I accepted and asked for the correct product to be sent, along with tracking information. I have since followed up asking when the replacement will actually ship, but Hanae has not responded and I still have no tracking information. Hanae is the seller and is responsible for fulfilling the order correctly. I’m not asking for anything extra—I simply expect them to send the product I originally paid for, as they already promised to do. I will update this review if and when Hanae follows through

Emails asking me to review a product that hasn’t even arrived after a month??? Really, I guess because the “product” hasn’t been able to o a thing it claims it sucks!!!

Id rate zero if i could. I never received my order. I never received a response to my email but i get an email requesting a review?? Cant make this stuff up… ugh…
