I placed my order and never received it.

This is a complete rip off. I never received anything and my money is gone. Caveat Emptor.

I never received the order placed and paid for on 8/20

I NEVER received my order. A refund would be great.

I don’t know what they sent me but it’s not what’s advertised. This stuff looks like water down milk. I wouldn’t let it touch my skin. No way know how I requested a refund.

I have been waiting weeks for my order. I believe you should automatically send me an extra product Maybe it will come before the one I actually ordered. I am really disappointed.

I never got the product

I failed to do my own research on Hanae Korea’s lash serum before purchasing it. I kept seeing all these paid/sponsored Ads on my Instagram promoting this lash serum. I bought it off the website. Then, I started seeing more Ads and realized most of the ads about this lash serum were AI videos. The women in the videos were completely AI generated and even the logos and writing on the bottle of lash serum they were holding in their hands were glitching, showing that the labeling was AI and edited on. The Ads even show ladies putting the lash serum on their eyelashes and I can clearly tell even the lashes are AI and fake. Then, I went on IG to look for their profile and they have 0 posts. They are a Facebook operated brand. Their website has over 5,000 reviews but even I tried to click on the reviews it won’t even allow me to view the reviews making me think this is all fake. I then went and did a simple google search and it stated that this lash serum’s first ever launch was in August 2026. I just watched an Ad that said this lash serum was so popular “it sold out 11 times last year”. This was their exact words. They literally lie so much just to get people to buy their products. Then, I wondered why it was taking so long for it to deliver to my house and it was revealed that it was getting dropshipped to me from CHINA. After claiming this is a Korean skincare brand. I personally do not like items getting dropshipped to me directly from China if I am under the impression that this is a reputable Korean skincare brand. I did not appreciate the lying in the ads making it seem like this is not a newly launched product that has been working for people if it just launched in August 2026.
