My order never arrived. Was told there was a delivery delay but still waiting

I can’t rate the product since l never received them.

I was ripped off!!! Received 2 - 3.38 oz bottle instead of the MUCH LARGER bottles of the REAL product - these were FAKE!!! And I deserve a FULL REFUND for receiving FAKE PRODUCTS! 2 for 1 but both FAKE!!! Want me to leave a positive review? HELL NO!!! You sent me fake shit and I don’t appreciate it‼️‼️‼️ REFUND MY MONEY!!!!!

I have not received it yet it has been two weeks. No update, no product. When I track it it says it’s still in china somewhere. Not happy. I was supposed to get it on Oct 2 well I did not! I email two times and no one responded to either of them

I found out that you are not the authentic product. I want my money back from your company. Fraud is a crime.

I have never received a tracking number or answers , when I have messages twice. Nor have I received the product that you charged me for. To you are nothing more than SCAMMERS

I still have not received my order #87550 which I had placed on 13 Sept 2026. I write your Customer Service who replied that they too did not where my order was but assured me that my order was still coming! This is unacceptable. I would therefore want a refund immediately. JO
