I have never heard any update on my orders and it’s been almost a month. Not even sure if the products are worth reviewing if I never receive them. I would not want to recommend it.

I never got my order. I emailed the company asking about it and they never responded back.

I ordered the product in Sept., and it was never received. Through tracking, it appears to have never got lost or stolen during shipping. I have contacted support twice and never received any follow up. A very disappointing experience overall.

I have waited more than 20 days for the products. They finally arrived but they are not by HanaeKorea. I tried the product once, my brow hairs actually came off when I peeled the ink. Needless to say, I m not going to risk losing my brows. I would like to return and request for a full refund. I ll be glad to ship the products back.

So I’ve just received an email that I will be offered a full refund if I give a positive review on this product, Sadly I can’t give a positive review as it seems that this product is not what it claims. There’s no tightening of the skin. I use it every day I believe that it’s a copy of a different product. The results are not what they claim on their ads and the bottle is a quarter of the size from the ad, disappointed, be careful what you pay for
