Scam. Doesn’t work at all & won’t respond to my request for a refund . Also this review is not unprompted. They actually sent me a link, hoping that I would leave them a five star review and they would give me $20

Scam! Fraudulent company. I ordered over a month ago. Have reached out twice. The tracking shows they are still waiting on the package from the merchant yet they tell me it hasn't arrived because of the shipper. Don't waste your money on this company. So disappointed! I just want my money back at this point, yet they ignore that when I reach out.

Never received anything

This company has reached out again and is trying to refill their response I hope the outcome is positive

There is no foam ball on the end of the wand, just a jagged metal wire, that i stabbed my eye with.

I put in a order in the beginning of September and it’s October 4th and I still have not received it
