I want my refund . Or the product I ordered .

It’s over 7 weeks and I STILL have not received my order. I keep paying for something that I haven’t received yet. I want my package

I still have NOT received my order. USPS states that the postage was fraudulent.

Honestly, I think a whole lot of us got scammed! The products I received were NOT the products that I ordered. After seeing an Instagram advertisement showing a LARGE bottle with a Buy One, Get One Free offer that advertisement was the reason I decided to purchase this product. I ordered Hanae Korean Silk Peptide EGF Toner but received 2 GENERIC bottles labeled Silk Peptide Intensive Smoothing Toner. The substance in the bottles I received is a WHITE milky watery liquid. The advertisement I saw on Instagram was a large bottle with gold glitter liquid. These bottles are definitely not what I wanted or ordered and what I received is a lot less than what was advertised. Both bottles were small travel sizes (100ml./3.38 fl. oz.) I thought I was buying/getting (2) BIG bottles. Now let’s talk about the bottles. The bottles do not even say HANAE Korean Skincare in the front like the bottle on the IG ad, in fact, it doesn’t say HANAE Korean Skincare anywhere on the bottle or on the boxes they came in! The product description advertised as KOREAN skincare, but the back of the bottle and the box says: MADE IN CHINA and even has China address. I started using the product since I received but then was looking at the bottle and thought something was missing and then I realized the bottle didn’t say Hanae Korean Silk Peptide EGF Toner and the color of the liquid wasn’t glittery gold and thought Oh FCK! I got scammed! I wish I can post pictures of the product I thought I bought and was getting but I can’t. This company got my money so I’m out almost $45 not that this company actually cares about hardworking people who spend their hard earned money to buy a product we think would help our skin. l am extremely disappointed and feel that the advertisement was misleading. The product I received is not even close to what was shown in the Instagram ad and yesterday (10/4/26), I received a email and it was asked to write a POSITIVE review about the product in return I would be entered into a drawing for a full refund. I’m doing this review but in good conscience let this happen to another person, therefore,I cannot give it a positive review or 5 stars. I believe me and a whole bunch of people got scammed and I would like a full refund and prepaid label to send the product back. I guess they won’t be entering my name in the drawing to get a full refund. I just emailed them asking for a full refund, I’m curious as to what they will tell me.

I ordered the buy one get one free option am only was given 1 tube... I spent a lot of money just for 1 tube. I want my other I was supposed to receive please then I can rate my happiness

Product is fraudulent

I thought I was buying a larger bottle. The adds are deceptive, showing from angles that make the bottle look larger than they are. Also, this does nothing for the "freezing" of muscles. Just one more scam in a world of scammers.

I ordered the product one month ago still didn’t receive never get my money back the worst company ever. I don’t know what to do anymore. Sent few messengers. received a few messages back wait for the product. I don’t know for how long I can track the order I can do anything and , I sent another email no response.
