I ordered this product 2 weeks ago. I looked up tracking and it’s still in transit. When I asked where it was I was told it was still in transit…. Ok I want to know if it’s been picked up what’s the ETA, when I asked this question I received n email asking me to write a positive review and then I could be put in the draw to have my order refunded…. No answer to my questions however they had the hide to ask for a positive review….I call that unethical…. What do you call it?

I have not received my order, I can’t give a good rating on something I haven’t received.

The bottles are tiny compared what was market in the advertisement. So far new changes I don’t think it’s really works.

Product has a strong scent. I'm allergic to the scent so I can't use it.

very bad customer service, i email them 10mini after i placed the order, ask them to cancel my order right away , told them i change my mind because my skin is very sensative i am allergic to the ingredient they had on the eyebrow tint, i can not use it, they refill to cancel for me, telling me the product already ship out, they were lier... i got charge on my credit card with out receive the product, i will call my credit card to dispute the charge.this is a scam company , i will never buy any things from them any more :-(((

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Dispute with your card company!!!! I ordered and got a Chinese product, NOT Korean. This company won't respond to emails. They don't have a phone number on their website. The order through Shopify was reported to no avail. You can get the real stuff from Target -Sungboon Editor EGF toner. 10+ Oz for less money. Advertised one thing, sent something different.
