I was excited to try the product until I received 2 bottles of their silk peptide for skin, that’s been advertised everywhere as the greatest thing but these bottles looked like the worst bootleg version of what was advertised. Customer service promised to send out the “right” product but then went silent and is not answering any of my emails. Don’t buy from this place. It’s a scam.

Never got my product

I have messaged I wanted cancel my subscription. And return a order and I wanted a refund. But no answer . I will never order from you again and people that ask about it I tell don't order from your company.

The Silk peptide toner from this provider is a cheep knock off of what they advertise.

Horrible, I only received half my order. I have reached out twice with no response. Also put in a request with my phone number but still nothing it’s been over a week and half. Still nothing…..

I did not receive what was advertised. I contacted support and the assured me they'd mail out the right products. Never got another email or my money back. No product was sent. This website is a scam. Period. I know I'm not the only one y'all have done this too. Absolute joke. I was told on the 9/27/2026 that I would receive an email when the correct product was sent. On 10/02 i sent my second email assuming I wasn't going to see a single product or my money back.

If I could rate zero stars I would! False advertising, lack of communication with customer service, zero responsibility taken on the trial size bottles of product while charging for a full size bottle. This place is a complete scam. This review will 100% not be posted! Do not purchase unless you are willing to accept and receive a mini bottle, trash company!
