The item I received was not what was displayed on the site. The bottle is a lot smaller and it’s definitely a different product inside the bottle from what was displayed on the site as well.

I havent tried yet, however I clicked to order buy 1 get 2 special and only received 1.

I tried to get the two for one but it wasn’t clear that I was only ordering one until I had already purchased it. I felt a little scammed, but the product is fine. Haven’t noticed much of a difference in my lashes.

The delivery took over a month and when I finally received the eyebrow tint, the tint seeped out of the backend of the tube causing a massive stain on my hands and counter. So disappointed!

Not as advertised at all. I orderd the Silk Peptide Intensive Smoothing Toner. Advertised as a large bottle bogo with a gold glittery liquid inside that is supposed to be like botox for your face "freezing" the muscles so you cant make facial expressions. The product I recieved: One very small 3.38 FL oz bottle containing a milky white liquid. Does not "freeze" the muscles and smells like old lady floral perfume. The box and bottle do not have the brand name on it which implies it is a fake or knock off product. Not what was implied in the video at all. Getting a refund!

I've been using the mascara day and night. I see no difference.

I waited over One month then yesterday received it & it was the wrong color I ordered mocha & cocoa I received GRAY & cocoa im so disappointed really looking forward to trying it but I paid & have no use for the gray!!
