I can’t give you a review because my order was placed in September 11th and I have not received it. So my review very low on the fact that it’s taking so long. For that reason give me a refund for taking almost a month and I still don’t have it.

Instead of making it a contest where someone “wins” a refund, you should just refund everyone who put in an order a month ago and still haven’t received anything. No product, no email, no updates, nothing.

I still have not recieved my order.

I have not seen a tracking update from my order of the eyebrow marker made from 3 weeks ago. I should definitely ask for a refund, don't I?

Product received looks nothing like the website. Bottle fits in the palm of my hand and the substance is not of the same as mentioned.

Beware Horrible experience! Promotion stated buy 1 get 1 free for the same price as one. End up getting only one item. Have been trying to reach out and no response on requesting to return the item. Not a great experience at all!!! Don’t waste your money not reliable.

I have not received my order of 17 September 2026 and it is now 9 October. No correspondence or explanation form the company about this delay. Very disappointed

I ordered on September 14 and today is October 8. I have not received my order and you want me to rate a product I don’t even have. Make this make sense.
