I placed my order over a month ago and I still haven’t received it when I contacted customer service. They said they could only see that it was still in progress….

I ordered mine 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received it and haven’t received a response from customer service either. Would lover to comment on the actual product but I would have to actually receive it first.

Terrible experience with my order. I prefer my full refund and you can keep the order you have yet to give me.

Still have not received my purchased orders

Never received my first delivery, had to contact you and you sent another order, then on social media I hear this is a fake copy of the original product. Very unhappy! It was in September and not certain of the day.

Received a completely different toner then I ordered they said they would ship out the corrections and still haven’t received a confirmation for that or the right product

It's a pain to track my order, will probably not get my purchase. Messaged twice for a refund and what a surprise, no response. If I would've known that it waa directly coming from somewhere in Asia, I wouldn't of purchased the product!
