Never received my item, ordered eyebrows pencils on Sept 8. Be aware they’re a scammer

The product is not of good quality and it is not authentic. I need a full refund! I am very disappointed.

Never order in this company. I ordered for a month now and I still didn’t get my order and every time I inquire for the tracking of my order, they never provided and they will just respond an automated message. I contacted them 3 times and they will send me the same message. My order on Shopify is still waiting for processing, knowing it’s been a month now.

I placed my order on 9/13/26, and it has yet to arrive.

Ordered on September 12 and still have not received product! E mailed the company and was told it’s in transit! Has not moved in about 2 weeks so I think I should get a full refund anyway! Thanks for nothing. If I ever receive it I’m sending it back unopened for a full refund anyway!
