I ordered the product and never got it I want a refund more my full money back thank you will not order from here again

I never received my order my order made in August for the 100% Volufiline serum. I have requested a refund and still have not received any response. I am very disappointed with this company and wondering if it is a scam!

I went to the official sight after seeing ads. Hoping to not get scammed my fake links. Then got sent fake product. Smaller bottles, work white thin watery product NOT the peral peachy colored thick toner advertised. The box nor the bottle have the Hanae name on them like the ad. I have pictures to prove. Company didn't respond until I filled disputed with my cc. Then they say let us fix this. Still waiting for responses after I sent pictures. Too late.

This product doesn’t work. It was like putting water on my face Also the bottles I received are about a 1/4 of the size they show in the ads I contacted the company right away for a refund and they never replied. I received an email saying they would enter me for a refund if I leave a review. All I want is my money back but I don’t think that will happen

DO NOT ORDER FROM HANAE KOREA SITE. Placed an order on the 31st Aug 2026, product never arrived. Have used the tracking link given, shows statement cannot find item. Emailed the company and tried online form via site 7 different times, no response to give me a refund. ABSOLUTELY A SCAM!! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO HANAE KOREA.

Shipping took weeks! Did not receive a refund I requested.

Have not received my order yet. So a refund would be nice.
