My first order not sure why they sent GRAY instead of MOCHA .Hope they will fix that but i used Coffee and i really loked the way it works.Im hoping there is a darker color to order next time.My 1st night hopefully it will last a few days. It looks really natural.I need natural after all the others ive tried nothing looks natural. Coffee is a natural looking color. I was expecting reddish but its not. Could work for anyone. Coffee is too light dont last long i still use brow liner and serum to make it last over it. I did find out Mocha says Gray on the package box Definitely does not come out brown its a blue gray color darker than Coffee. It last forever on my hand because its so dry but on my face natural oils it will not last which explains the ads with colors on hands Will not be reordering

Never received my order

It took almost a month to receive my order, and when it arrived one to f the eyebrow tints was the wrong color. I reached out to the company twice, and when I finally got a reply, they just said it was a different name for the same color. The eyebrow tints do not last the way they are advertised. They are very hard to peel off and do not leave much color behind. I do not know yet whether the eyelash serum is doing anything. I will not order from this company again.

Do not like the application brush.

I ordered this product to try because it was buy one get one free, but I only received one product. I reached out to customer service, but have not heard back. Unsure if this is a legitimate company. Probably will return.

Was sold a three pack came in a two pack. Also from what I can tell is the knock off not the real deal. Disappointed.
