Promise quick delivery but not true. It took weeks and the I received something different. Still waiting for replacement. No email response

Have not received my order, yet I continue to be asked to review the product.

My order since Oct 12 till now has not been received, tracking always says in transit from China. Emailed sent5x no response at all. So I’m taking this as a scam business or purely poor customer service not a reliable way to shop. I’m still hoping I will get my order but I will never recommend. I will also file a dispute this charges on my credit card
