Lash serum doesn't work, reached out to Customer Sevice but no response. Ordered the toner, they sent me unlabelled product - I tried to reach out again, and no response.

I really did wish you’d refund my money. What a scam. Period. DO NOT be fooled by the size of these because mine came and we’re not bigger than my thumbs. Not to mention it took about two months to get here and there was never any update or tracking information so I could see or at least be notified that in some way my package was going to be delivered like most stores do when they have a product shipped to the customer. I tried speaking too, even calling Customer Service and that was a HUGE waste of time for reasons I will not share but something definitely got lost in translation. Will never order from them again and will probably just throw it away cause if I like it and all I can ever buy are bottles the size of my thumbs then there is no point in using them.
