Horrible service been 3 wks have yet to receive my order will not be ordering again!!

I have not received my order

Ordered MONTHS ago and just received my order yesterday. Not happy about that plus, I believe the wrong color was sent to me as I do not have gray hair. I am blonde and was sent to tubes of gray. I tried the product on my hand first and it definitely does not peel off I rubbed it off and now it looks purple. This product sucks. I want a full refund.

The liquid is not gold tinted its white. It doesnt look like the ad. It doesnt make my skin tighten or not move. I thought I got scammed. The bottle looks duped. Im confused. And its two tiny bottles with labels that are generic and simple.

Hello I have been waiting for over five business days to hear a response from you and still nothing. Here is the message again in case you missed it. If I don’t hear back within the next week I will be contacting my attorney and filing a fraud case of misrepresentation. Please correct this situation immediately. Hello. I ordered four bottles of the Hanae silk peptide EGF intensive smoothing toner which based on your web site was a large bottle that glimmered with the fluid that even has your name on it and I received four miniature travel sized bottles that do not glimmer at all and it does not say EGF peptide or your name on it. I have attached photos as proof. I would greatly like this to be corrected as soon as possible as I would like the product I ordered not this fake. I'm so saddened by this as it took me a few weeks to even decide weather or not to try your product and finally was convinced by the results other women were having. Please correct this as soon as humanly possible. I would appreciate it. My order # 94107 if you are unable to get me the correct product then I expect a full refund of my $75.11 right away. Thank you.

Horrible experience. Got the wrong order and have written FOUR times. I get the initial email asking for more details but then they go silent. FOUR attempts and still not resolved!! Buyer beware!!! Scammers!!!

I finally received my order but received the 3 oz bottles. They were supposed to be the larger one. I feel for what I paid it was a scam. I will never order from this company again
