I have not received my order. I placed a order on 9/23/26. I want a refund.

I received my order and it seems I have been mislead. The bottles are not the same as on your website. The ingredients are not the same as on your website. I am still waiting on a reply 😕 Poor customer service

Never received it

Costumer service is awful, I’ve received one item instead of two items advertised, I e mailed to return and get a refund 3 times, they never responded till today, this is very rude, the company does not respect their customers, it’s just a big scam!

I received the package I ordered, but I am dissatisfied with the product. The Hanae eyebrow tint does not match the product I ordered, and it did not tint my eyebrows.

Ordered since september and never recieved my order. I think a scam here

The product arrived and was a fake. I have emailed the company and received no response. I will be initiating a charge Back via my cc company. Do not purchase from here.

I received some knock off peptide toner. Two small bottles. Not the large bottles as advertised. Not the correct product and not with their label. Ordered directly from the Hanae Korea website so shouldn’t have been a problem. Very disappointed.
