I received a fake product! It’s supposed to be gold liquid, but this was a creamy white color!

Was not what was advertised product has no ingredients it was promoted to have in it was not the same bottle size or product inside the bottle I was scammed and very disappointed even the description on the bottle was nothing compared to the false advertising and fake packaging I could have saved 40$ and bought better products at the doller store

What I received is not what I ordered. It is half the size and not what was advertised. Seems like several people got scammed just like me. I will never buy from this company again. I would like my full refund.

I never got my order, don’t know how communicate with the company. No time for this… so I gave up.

Product ordered 9/24/2026 and has yet to be delivered. Tracking showed the package not picked up at China Distribution. There has been no communication except to ask for a review. My review is very poor customer service.

I ordered this product because they had a promotion that stated buy one get one free.I clicked on the buy one get one free, but after I check out I noticed that I was only going to receive one so I immediately sent you an email and I told you that I wanted the buy one get one free promotion and if you could please help me and add the free one to my order? Your reply was that told unfortunately I had clicked on the wrong item And they could not help me. Who in their right mind would not want to get a free item?? Then it took over a month for me to receive my item.I have only been using the product one week and I know it is too soon to notice anything. I hope it does work.

I ordered my product over a month ago and have not received it yet! ORDER #96834

Place my order on Sept. 23 and it is now Oct.14 and still have not received my package. 3 weeks and still nothing. In my opinion I qualify for the full refund.
