Eye brow applicator looks nothing like what was pictured. I know I got scammed. It’s awful ! I will never purchase another item again

The item is made in China and is basically just a hydrating toner. No "botox" level ingredients. Customer service stopped responding when I asked for a refund.

Ok so I FINALLY received my product after a month only to have received THE WRONG COLOR I received GRAY! this is ridiculous… my order clearly stated Mocha. I am very disappointed. This is going back to the store…

⭐ 1 Star – Product Not as Advertised Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered two products based on what was advertised, but what I received was completely different. The product name, packaging, and, most importantly, the ingredient list do not match what was advertised. Neither box has been opened or used. I only removed the outer plastic wrapping from one box to inspect the packaging. The company provides only an email address for returns and refunds, making the process unnecessarily frustrating. I have requested a full refund because I did not receive the product I paid for. Buyers beware. Make sure you know exactly what you’re getting before ordering from this company.

I have not received my product what is wrong with the shipping process?

Very disappointed in the travel sized bottles. That is NOT what is advertised. I would not have made the purchase knowing i was not getting the size that is shown in the adds.

Before receiving the product, I saw some reviews that indicated this may not be what I actually need. Once receiving the product, I decided not to use it and to send it back for a refund. I sent an email to support requesting to return and refund. The company has been completely unresponsive. It feels like they have an undisclosed return period and they are trying to ignore me until that time expires. I wanted to try the eyelash serum, but I will not be buying anything else from this company.
