I been trying to get a refund I woke up with swollen eye lids still haven’t gotten a refund?

Never received my order

I did not get the product I ordered. My confirmation email even has a picture of the product and what was delivered is not a Hanae product. I want a refund.

I received the wrong color! I've tried to reach out several times and no response. Your customer service is awful. Very disappointing!

I put it on and kept it there overnight. When I took it off the next morning it looked ok. It was very faint. When the day was over it had completely rubbed away. Not great for me.
