I received a fake product from shop and this company. Ordered the silk peptide egf and got something different with different ingredients from what is listed on the website under the product. Very disappointing. DO NOT BUY.

No product was received. Going through customer service they just give the runaround for an explanation or refund. They sent an email to give a positive review to be elected for a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

How come i ordered HanaeKorea , but you guys sent me a different brand ( cheap brand) i ordered Peel & Reveal HANAE , but you sent me the Peel off Brow tint . Doesnt even have a brand . Pictures on your order list doesnt match the item you sent. Thats totally unacceptable. Poor advertisement , dishonest and scam . This item you sent me can be purchase at target next to my house for 13$ . I wish i can send a photo but you have no options here.

I placed an order two different times because I didn’t get the right shade the first time as well as the second time. I have been emailing the company with no response. I want to return the products because I won’t be able to use them because it’s not the correct shade. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I ordered the peel and reveal brow tint on September 15th and I haven’t received it yet. I tried tracking it but couldn’t. Sent two emails to customer service and all I got was that it was on its way.

I am still waiting for my order been over 2Months!!!

The product sent to me was not the product advertised with the logo of this place It just said what it was with no name on it .The picture advertised had the name HANAE at the end of bottle but what I got did not

I placed an order 9/24/26. The next day, I got an email that my order was shipped. Status has not changed since 9/25/26 saying parcel data received. I emailed customer support twice and haven't gotten any response.
