Never received what I ordered. I did receive two small containers of a milky substance with no logo, maker or instructions.

Never received products.

Never received the product. Contacted customer service multiple times with no response. Looked on the website for my order number and that order number doesnt exist. And yes before you ask, I ordered directly from the website. So never received the product and customer service is severely lacking

It's been a month and I have not received the order. FULL REFUND REQUESTED

You took my money but I never received my purchase! I sent several messages requesting a status with no reply! How about refunding my purchase for not delivering my order? Is this company a fraudulent company?? Will be contacting my bank to report as a fraud!! My order number is 122352 maybe you can tell me where my order is?

I received two bottles that are half the size of the advertised bottle and the liquid wash a white milky fluid nothing like the yellow purely fluid. I have put in a dispute with my bank bacause this is completely a dishonest scam .

I ordered the silk peptide egf toner expecting a big bottle as advertised but got 2 smalls ones. Wasn’t happy at all & haven’t even open them for the price I paid

After receiving two small bottles(not the same size on the website), no listing of ingredients....I received what looks to be a fake product. Your site states, " 24 hours to shipping!" Just got the fake product 101426, after ordering 092226! Highly disappointed! You reap what you sow!
