Have not received my order, nor any respond correspondence from my requests

Still haven't received product yet.

I never received my order. I was so excited to get the order and try the product, but it was never delivered. Tracking says the same thing it has said since 9/22/2026. I have reached out to customer service two times and have only received a response once that was not helpful at all, just apologized for the delay and said my order was not canceled. I do not believe anything advertised in the website to be true, especially the delivery time.

It's not how it looks in the advertisement it's much smaller and it's a generic from Amazon! So I would like to get a refund. It's just a toner it doesn't have all the pepticides in it like it stated!

The intensive Smoothing Toner does nothing… says it helps fine Lones and wrinkles, but does nothing. Waste of money.

I have emailed multiple times requesting a refund or for the correct product to be sent, but I have yet to receive a response. I ordered the color Mocha but received Gray instead. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. I expected better from this company, and I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I have been using this as per the instructions for two weeks - no change at all.

I would give a zero if I could because what I received is not what was advertised. The label on the bottles and size are not what I purchased.
