Well a refund would be appropriate since I've never received my order! Its been 22 days since I placed my order. Thinking I may have been scammed! I emailed a week ago and was told its still making its way. Was never able to track it

I ordered 2 Hanae Korea brow peel products in Coffee & Cocoa. I received a cheap knock off substitute brand in cheap inferior packing that looks like a Temu buy in Coffee & Grey. Delivered by an unheard of courier company. Drop shipping from a factory shed in rural third world country- who knows what toxic chemical lie in the 10c tube! So much for false advertising on Instagram and drop shipping inferior products & scamming your buyers!

Horrible company. Took my payment and never sent the product Tried to dispute the charges with my bank. The company is supposedly giving me a "partial" refund for a product never received by me. RUN DON’T WALK AWAY from this scam company!

I got 2 tiny travel size fake toners , no label , ingredients were not the same. Mostly glycerin. I want money back.
