Ordered it about 45 days ago still haven’t received it. No way to track it. No email on status update.

Do not order! I repeat - Do Not Order! You will not receive your items. You will not get a refund. You won't get shipping updates and customer service sucks! I spent $40 on items I'm never going to receive but they have marketing adds everywhere! I ordered almost a month ago and no items have arrived and my tracking never updates but Hanae customer service has no problem telling me it's still on the way that there was an issue with customs but tracking doesn't show the package has ever even been packed and shipped. It just says -parcel information received but customer service says they can see it moving. It's a scam. Don't order! They won't refund you even if you ask and they send out emails saying they wanna choose 1 person each week to refund their order.
