I never received my order yet! It’s been 6 weeks or more and nothing has come from Hanaekorea. So dissappointed because I was so excited to try product. Please look into order and ship . Thank you

Website states 4-7 business for US shipping. My order was placed on 9/30/26 and I still have not received it. I sent an email to customer service only to be told they have no shipping information for me but that it’s on its way. That doesn’t help at all. Over 3 weeks to get product is ridiculous. My order amount should be refunded for this inconvenience and outrageous shipping time. Not happy at all.

You sent product to the wrong address. Its in New York not ohio.

The order took 49ers to arrive. Finally it came here and I used it once. When I opened the tube second time, the tip (brush) is gone… somehow, it broke off and now I can’t use it. So… I only experienced it once. It wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t totally satisfactory either. The color shows better than other products but not as well as I expected (but I left it dry for only 1.5 hours while the instructions say to leave it for several hours).

I still haven't received my order but you're already asking how great it is. Don't you think y'all could maybe update our purchases so we could review your product, honestly. I really thought I wouldn't get ripped off. My bad, AGAIN

Does not work

Only gave a one because it made me. I have been fully charged for this product and have received NOTHING!! I would like my money refunded

No customer support, whatsoever! No reply to my email sent to you twice! I only received 1 lash serum, not the buy 1, get 1 free as advertised! What kind of scam are you advertising?! I find this very frustrating, and will not order online, going forward. Lost a customer due to lack of customer satisfaction. Still waiting for your response and the 2nd missing lash serum.
