I placed my order a month ago and the tracking says that it's still waiting to be picked up. I've enquired but got no answer. I wouldn't risk buying anything as you're not likely to get it

I still have not received my products and it has been weeks and weeks so I am about to ask for a fraud on my credit card. I was really looking forward to this as well.

Ordered a BOGO deal of lash serum and only received one serum

This company has Korea in the name yet the products are coming from China and they are all SCAM PRODUCTS, and they are using the original products marketing materials to sell their fake versions. They got me for about $70 September 28 and here it is October 19 and still no product… when I get it it won’t change anything because every single person that left a review took pictures of their scam product and not one person left a good review.

Its almost a month still have not got my order in, everytime check it say in transit. Order # 130372 and the tracking # WNBAA0507022257YQ. I realy do want my refund back if you are not going to ship my order to me

Took a long time to get & was sent the wrong color. Sent a message & no response on next steps to correct. Very disappointed
