The ball of the brush fell off and didn’t realize it till after I scratched my eye lid pretty bad

Product seems ok so far - too soon to tell. However, after less than 2 weeks, the little tip for lining came off and is now down inside the tube 😕

I did not receive my order. It said it was at the front door but it wasn’t there.

I have not yet seen any progress.

I like the shoes - they're just too small - a full size too small

Dealing with the company was good, but I’m not in love with the product. I find the brush makes it very difficult to get it on my lash line. I’m gonna keep trying, but I might have to change how I put it on.

Order came more quickly than expected but too early to tell if this product works. I like the applicator wand better than other products. No stinging or irritation.

I am too happy with my order, I received my item one of the two items were damaged. I have left multiple messages and an email with no response. I am waiting for response but am ready to contact my both PayPal and my credit card it I do not get a response. Sandy C
