I still never received my order im super bummed because I ordered extra and paid now money and never received any thing I was really looking forward to trying the product!

Never received my order. working with my credit card company for a refund. beware!

I received the 2 bottles and cannot get the ink to move to the brush so pretty much going in the trash. Lost out on $38.

I had a rash on my face after using it a week. In my face swelled and horrible reaction. It also says on the internet that it's fake. So I don't know what to do with my unused portion!!!

This product, silk peptide toner, was less than half the size of the bottle that was shown in the advertisement, the contents was a completely different color and about as thin as water. It absolutely did not do anything that it showed it would do and I feel was an absolute waste of my money. I don't know if this brand is just a counterfeit as a whole or if I was just sent an inferior product because you already had my money and you didn't care if I was happy or not. It also says made in China which I find odd for something that's supposed to be made in Korea. I think I should get a full refund simply because the product is nothing close to what I thought I was ordering! And on top of everything else it took nearly a month for me to receive it.

It took forever to receive. I was supposed to get two but only got one AND the product doesn’t say Hanae. And it’s a very small bottle. Nothing like what I thought I was ordering. I send an email but no response.

After ordering the peptide cream, it took almost 2 months to receive the product. I sent several emails inquiring about it. Supposedly it is Korean skin care, but it shipped from China. When I finally received it, I was very disappointed. It looks creamy; it looks silky. It's not! It is watery! Don't waste your money.

I ordered in early September and it is now October 20 and still haven’t received my order and no shipping information is available. I’m very disappointed bc I was looking forward to the products.
