Slow to arrive

I know the product from Hanaekorea is good, but I have ordered the Korean Eyelash Serum by mistake, if the company can refund my order, I will return the product back to them, please let me have the returning address and FREE shipping label to return the product to them. Thanks so much!

I havent used the product yet but what I disliked was th a t the delivery took so long..almost a month.

So far not really noticing any difference, been two and a bit weeks using it daily. I do however like the brush and sponge pad to apply with a lot, trying it on my lashes and brows. Hope to see some results soon...

Too early to tell if it’s working or not. Product is very watery and sometimes gets into my eyes which can be irritating. I’ve only used this formula for a week so I have not seen any results yet. I do like the wand as it has bristles as well as a tip for lash line. Will be anxious to see how it works in a few more weeks.

Product didn't work as advertised.

I ordered two and got one and emailed and still didn’t hear from them. My order was by one get two. Where is my second one that is unacceptable and false advertising.

I’m older and so far I haven’t seen any change at all
