Very easy to deal with. I actually got an answer from customer service, which, as you know, sometimes is far and few between with these online companies. The product itself is lovely. I love how it glides on my face. I feel fresh and Dewey.

I placed an order for the lash serum. It came in no time so was pleased with that as well as placing the order. I've only been using it for almost 2 weeks so have to be patient to see results. I do like that it doesn't have all the bad chemicals in it, and hasn't caused any issues w/ irritation thus far.

The only serum that truly doesn’t bother my eyes at all! Back story: I have extremely sensitive eyes and every other lash serum I’ve tried (which is a lot of them) aggravates my eyes and I throw it away after 1-2 tries depending on the severity of reaction. I was sceptical about this product actually being good for sensitive eyes but figured I’d try due to the money back guarantee. It does not bother my eyes AT ALL! I’m in shock, honestly. I haven’t been using the product long enough yet to attest whether the growth claims work or not which is why this is only 4 stars so far. I will update my review after a month of use. But, if you have sensitive eyes like me, this is worth a shot.

Exactly is promised! The product is surprisingly light and clean and easy to use on a daily basis. Lack of visibility to shipping/delivery would be the only improvement I would suggest. Thank you for bringing this incredible product to the US!
