I place an order on October 1st and still yet have not received my product

I’ve used it for months and I don’t see a difference

Ordered the Silk Peptide EGF Toner (Buy One get One Free) on the 8th of October 2026. I received the Confirmation Email on 8 October 2026 and the Tracking Number Email on the 10th of October 2026. The Tracking Number is from a Carrier in China. According to the Track My Order on the Hanae Website "Order Could Not Be Found". According to the Tracking Number Website the Package has been waiting to be picked up by the Carrier for 11 days. I have Emailed Customer Service several times but have never received a response. At this point I doubt that I will ever receive the Product I ordered and paid for. After reading through the Reviews I see that I am not the only one who has been ripped off. I will be contacting PayPal tomorrow to start the Request for Refund process.

Never received order

You can improve by honoring my order of 8th August, with payment of $86.20 for make-up. I have sent many many emails, but still no luck - are you a legitament company? I am doubting it now.
