I ordered a BO/GO offer but received only one unit. The company refuses to send the second unit claiming that I ordered only one despite the fact that I have the receipt for two.

The product is advertised as Hanae Korea. The tube and box in the add is not the same. It’s a different product. The product does not last 5 days it washed off straight away. No instructions. My tube popped at the base and all the dye ran out They dint reply to emails I contacted PayPal and received a refund Don’t waste your money

It’s impossible to leave a review since I still have not received my order that was placed on October 1, 2026. It’s now 22 days and still no shipping confirmation. I will file a dispute with my credit card.

I ordered the product almost 3 weeks ago and still have not got updated tracking information. It is still not been shipped. I’m calling my bank tomorrow to reverse the charges. I have left numerous emails and I’m grateful I am protected from this quality of service BE AWARE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

Since buying this product my wife has started to have severe irritation and burning around her eyes. She had to stop using it because of the negative impact on her eyelids.

I ordered 5 weeks ago and never received my order.

It did not leave any color when the product was pealed off. I am very disappointed and unhappy with this product. Not worth the money. I would not recommend this product. I would like a refund.

Review is for the Toner : Week 4, still waiting for delivery - the business isnt Korean. They take you to a webite that has great reviews initially to buy - when you search for it online - the real website reviews appear and they are devastatingly poor. Office is listed in USA, not Korea - shipped from Shenzhen (Southern China). You will not get a refund nor a reply. They send out false tracking information. Stay away from it. The information is so sketchy for the company to prevent them being sued inside of China which has standards of product quality and operation for the mainland and Hong Kong that exceeds the west. The SHOP app will not help you, instead it offers those selling on the app to generate false positive reviews. Hunt down the real reviews - those that received their purchase say the quality is appalling and fake. These Israeli /American businesses are just out of control.
