They do not answer phone calls. Customer service is like AI. Big disconnect between their campaigns and what really the customer receives.

The best bag I’ve ever had. I was hesitant because my max spend had been 300-400, and a $700 bag… well I’m glad I did because it’s the best quality I’ve ever experienced. It’s gorgeous, sits well, perfect pockets. I hate red though, enough with the red interior :)

I bought a used, but in like new condition hammitt bag off of ebay. I am glad I did not pay full price for this bag or I would be super disappointed. Only having the purse a few months, the handles are already fading and the leather is wearing around the edges where the purse sits. Had I paid the full retail price on this purse, I would be mad. I am even mad that I paid $350 for this gently used hammitt bag and only after a few months it already shows wear. The bag itself is gorgeous but I would never buy another one as it doesn't seem to be of good quality and long lasting to validate paying $600 for a purse.

Love Hammitt bags. Lasting and durable leather goods.

Hammitt Shipping time is ridiculous. I’m trying to cancel my order because it’s says it’s ready to ship but still hasn’t. They have my money and I have no bag!

I absolutely love the quality of their bags but the best part is their amazing customer service. This company truly cares about its reputation and making sure their customers are happy.

Perfect quality leather bags, very well made. Amazing service, perfect communication, all is at super highest level. Thank you, HAMMITT!
