Haircut Packages
I've been coming to Hammer & Nails for over a year and never had an issue -- Joi was my barber and she is absolutely dope! Unfortunately, today completely changed my opinion. I made an appointment thinking I had two cuts left on my package, only to be told at the front desk that they had expired. I was NEVER informed that the package had an expiration date, and I was never told about these "new" terms. The manager was quick to text me asking why I canceled my package back in April, and I explained I don't need a haircut every two weeks like men who typically get frequent cuts. If there are expiration dates, customers should be clearly informed when purchasing the package. I was refunded for ONE cut but not the second, which I find extremely unfair. It's frustrating to feel valued when you're spending money, but once there's an issue, suddenly the customer doesn't matter. I've been loyal for over a year, and this was a terrible way to treat a customer. I will NOT be returning. I do have copies of the screenshots to show this, but it does not allow me to upload them on this platform.
