Halo Grow. The transaction doubled in price when transferred from their site to PayPal.Immediately cancelling, was told it had already been confirmed for shipping. PayPal wont support a claim for the difference in what I expected to pay and what I was charged. HaloGrow/Parmatrade won't refund anything because I raised the dispute with PayPal. If you do decide to buy this don't buy it on a phone. Use the largest screen you can so you can see every clause and wrinkle. I cant recommend the product, after this experience of being unable to cancel or get a refund, Ive no trust, so won't apply it to my hair. Expensive lesson.
