Half Price PackagingReviews of halfpricepackaging.com

Our Customer Service Rep, David has been great. He is consistent with communicating with us. We have worked with HPP on many projects and results have been very well received. We always appreciate the open communication and tight turnarounds on some of the projects ordered. If a deadline is too tight to meet they have always been honest and let us know and provided the soonest the order can be received. Quality has been consistent with all of our projects. Overs are supplied per industry standard so if there are some production mishaps we still have enough final items. If we ever need to talk to a live person we always do. Thank you HPP, it's always a pleasure to work with you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service and Exceptional Quality! I cannot say enough great things about Half Price Packaging. Their customer service is truly exceptional, and the quality of their products consistently meets—and often exceeds—my expectations. One thing I especially appreciate is how thorough they are throughout the design and ordering process. They provide multiple opportunities to review and approve artwork and wording, ensuring everything is exactly right before production. That level of attention to detail gives me complete confidence in every order. What really sets them apart is their proactive approach to customer care. They regularly reach out to check on my inventory levels and see if I need to place a reorder. As a small business owner, I have a million responsibilities competing for my attention every day, so having a company that helps me stay on top of my packaging needs is incredibly valuable. Their combination of outstanding customer service, high-quality products, and genuine commitment to their customers makes Half Price Packaging a company I highly recommend. They have become a trusted partner in my business, and I look forward to working with them for years to come.

I was contacted by Chris and his team regarding cold and hot beverage cups/lids and the use of them in our establishment. I was skeptical since I didn't have the product in my hand to feel their solidity and the malleability with beverages inside. As well, I needed to make sure that all possible products would fit current locations of disbursement and our on site storage locations. Basically, I didn't want to invest in any product without knowing how the product would fit within my establishment and how my team would work with the product. I did ask for samples and Chris was willing and competently sent two small packages out with various products (cold, hot, lids for both). I was impressed with the assortment, with the willingness that Chris and his team showed me and my process. As well, Chris remained in contact with me throughout the process. He called and checked in on the thoughts I was having towards all of the sample products and answered all of my questions. The process was smooth.

What a great company! Fiona was very attentive and available. Her updates were thorough and left no surprises. My product was exactly what she had taken the time to oversee. Dimensions, anesthetics and quality were spot on. Even the boxing was done with extreme care. I’ll definitely be back!

Henry, was amazing! He helped us bring our vision to life for our customers. Great quality and good prices. We will be sure to keep a relationship with our new vendor, Half Price Packaging, for our future custom packaging needs. Thank you!!

Fred and the team did a great job getting custom empanada boxes created for a wedding favor.

Half Price Packaging was great! Fred made sure everything ran smoothly and answered every question I had. I was a little nervous using a vendor I had never used, but the final product was incredible. I will definitely use them again.

I have worked with Daniel at HalfPrice Packaging for an initial launch of our cookie and coffee packaging. Daniel has been incredibly helpful with constant engagement, communications and guidance as we worked through the multiple designs. I have received both packaging solutions and they are fantastic.
