Harry has been super helpful throughout the entire process of my first major order. He was very communicative and thorough from start to finish. Even when there was a shipping error, Harry worked through it with me and assured me that it would be taken care of and that it's his job to make sure of it. And he definitely did! Firstly, I had a very specific design in mind for a product box, and I contacted several companies that were unable to deliver this design. But Half-Price Packaging made it happen! Michelle was so great to work with, she reached out to me, answered all of my questions, and even helped me resolve a hiccup in production. The results are spectacular, everything I wanted. I am a small business from Groveland florida. I must say this company is one of the best in their industry because of their high quality materials and their staff. John has been my point of contact in california, he is extremely patient, he listen to my demands and he surpassed my expectations! I can be dificult to deal with, i know, in my industry there are a lot of stresses but John was very flexible with me and made as many changes were necesary for me to be 110% happy !! I just received my first order and i must say i am so happy with the results, thee labels are perfect sized and the boxes are tough and the design has the highest resolution.
