I purchased 250 custom retail boxes…
I purchased 250 custom retail boxes from this company. Approx 200 were dirty and stained. I cannot believe these boxes passed quality control. I tried reaching out to customer service twice for resolution. They have not responded. I do not recommend this company for packaging. I was contacted by Half Price Packaging 11 days ago through Trustpilot responding to this review indicating they will "take appropriate measures to resolve it immediately". I have heard nothing and now skeptical that this was to soften a bad review.
