I am not sure how to rate this
I am not sure how to rate this, i have always had a good exp with them. I tried to withdraw my profit and my funds were froze. Well I didn't inform the administrator that i wanted to withdraw. It was eventually straightened out and i did recieve my money the next day. But now her come s the IEO'S, OQT brought me a substantial amount of profit. I then put all of that into the next one, which was MTRB, now they have added a new twist on it, I personally did not go with this new twist [ this is to guarantee that you recieve 100% allocation of tokens]. Now to get where i'm at now, with the first substantial profit I had to borrow twenty thousand from them to do this.Only to find out after the initial loan was made. I'm not allowed to withdraw any profit whatsoever.Until that loan is paid back from an external account. I'll look at it this way if I had twenty thousand dollars to invest.I wouldn't have made the loan. I'm sixty one years old.I am getting ready to have major surgery, which is gonna put me down for about 4 to 6 weeks, and I live on disability. The violation is there! Don't know how I'm going to handle this. Just be careful, people. Okay, be very careful cause unless I can pay twenty thousand dollars back, i'm going to lose sixty eight thousand. Also I asked the other day. What is the time limit on this loan, because it does not specify any time on the agreement. I was told thirty days. Oh, and if you upset the customer service, they will.Ignore you completely.
