12:00pm: Found out my medical staffing company site was routing clients to a PORN site. 12:30pm: Called Jim. He answered the phone himself. No computer prompts, no agents from foreign countries who can't speak English. 4pm: The problem was fixed with zero involvement needed from me. (It will take a few days to get the "hacked" label removed by google but that's a minor issue and Jim has no control over the speed of google.) 4:15pm: Contracting with Jim for only $12/month wherein he'll make sure this never happens again. 4:24pm: Telling everyone I know to give Jim their business.

The feeling of being hacked is like nothing else... it's terrible and if it's ever happened to you then you know exactly what I mean. I felt very alone, confused and didn't know how I was going to get out of this. Then as luck would have it, I stumbled on Jim's website - hackrepair.com (via google search). After reading the glowing reviews I figured I'd much rather take a chance on a real person than some anonymous security company. I am so glad I did! From the first interaction with Jim I immediately felt confident that my hacked websites were going to get fixed quickly and correctly. He took the time to explain things to me on the phone (yes, I said phone... someone who actually will talk to you) and the process to begin working with him was extremely easy and user friendly. Throughout the entire process Jim was in constant communication with me about his progress and ways to expedite bringing my sites back. In addition to fixing the hacks he went a step further and implemented safe guards to prevent future issues. Jim Walker is the MAN!!! I went from a suspended hosting account with several compromised client websites to fully functional websites with no malicious code and a re-activated account in under 6 hours. This guy takes pride in his work and is really good at what he does. I will no longer worry about my website security because Jim has my back. I can't say enough great things about my experience - as crazy as it sounds, it was worth getting hacked just to have connected with Jim and have him in my corner as I grow my client base.

Now and then, our client's sites become compromised...thank goodness for HackRepair! We are in the business of building sites, not repairing them...but of course clients come to us when they have security issues. We have referred many to HackRepair and have had great service and outstanding results each time. Keep it up!!!

Jim answered my call and went straight to work. My site was down due to Malware and Jim laid out a plan to get me back up in running in no time. He also went above and beyond to make sure this wouldn't happen again, which I did not expect. The best part is this was all nicely spelled out for me in a "wrap-up" email where he went through all the steps he took to solve my problem and upgrade my defenses. Don't even think twice if you are in a bind, give Jim a call and your problems will be solved in a matter of hours.

Hackrepair.com helped us fix our website quickly and is well priced. Jim was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

When a couple of our hosted WordPress sites became victim of a Javascript injection attack, I did everything I could to mitigate the problem. However, while I did most of the right things, I simply lacked the experience and skill to identify the source of the infection, and did not know just how deep it ran. When I finally reached the point where I knew I needed help, I contacted Jim at Hackrepair.com. He answered the phone and was able help me understand what I was up against and why I was failing. I engaged his company and by the end of that very day, he had things cleaned up and working as they should be again. I appreciated the professionalism, and sense of urgency that Hackrepair.com showed me. I would and will recommend them to anyone that is in need of assistance. Top notch service. I am a very satisfied customer.

I had my first conversation with Jim 1-2 weeks ago, as we experienced severe hacking issues that could have destroyed our major channel for customer acquisition. Jim told me about a Drupal issue with a very high security warning. He said that once we get that off our website, he would take over from there. I was very surprised by the fee scale, as I felt it was more than reasonable. But he said it would only take a few hours to rid the site of all the malware. He was that confident. True to his word, once he took over, he worked so aggressively, with a flood of updates and status reports from him. Within hours, the website was not only cleared of malware, but also, much dead code was removed and major hosting services that had blacklisted us immediately reclassified us to their "good neighborhood" list. Jim is very personable and knowledgeable, true to his word and by the way, he always answers his phone immediately. No wait times at all. I highly recommend his services. You know how gas stations used to be in the 50s? You‘d pull up and 4 guys would immediately run out and take care of everything and have you on your way in no time? That’s how Jim was when I called him with my problem. He took over from there, got all my info, and worked on my websites until everything was back under my control. Wow. Just wow.
