I’ve used different lenders in the past and by far HAC funding was my favorite, they were open and honest with me and never made me wait for an answer, they are on top of everything and will get you the best possible offer. I inquired about a quick loan of $150k. Kevin handled the process from start to end in a professional manner. They were respectful and realistic.
