The product I wanted was out of stock and took over two weeks to get what the product which came in two different shipments. But quality product and otherwise great experience. Friendly and helpful staff.

Tried big box stores--Sears, Dick's--selection was limited, sales help was scarce and when found had little knowledge of products but prices were low. Went to Gym Source reluctantly as I knew they would be more expensive. But as soon as I walked in the manager greeted me and offered me assistance. Although I don't look like someone who would buy or use exercise equipment he listened carefully to what I was looking for and expertly guided me to some good choices. The price was much higher than what I'd hoped to spend, he worked with it as best he could. I went home and thought about it, came back next day and bought it. I'm very happy with my new exercise bike and with the whole process from initial contact to delivery and setup. There was a small glich with delivery but again the manager made it happen with a good outcome. Just another proof that you get what you pay for.

Purchased multiple top end equipment for home gym that was installed and serviced very under limited time buy agreement that is actually pretty good. Expensive equipment but occasional price discounts and negotians take the sting out of new buys or higher cost equipment. Not much other brick and mortar competion to choose from other than going online for bargain hunting which exists for same equipment, less service calls. Brands are really high quality; bought AC Carbon Blue Spin Bike, top Octane Elliptical, multipurpose corner cable weight unit, best weights, benches, bars, rubber floor, accessories much more etc and all indestructible over a decade. Cannot go wrong with there select products. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, honest, polite and relatively capable to problem solve issues with a little help or push. Easy to build relationship with, low turnover. This customer continues to be a satisfied buyer and highly recomends gym source if a quality reputable product and service is essential.

The Pilot II works for what it is made. Once you start exercising the pilot reacts immediately. I recommend it to everyone who owns a Revmaster Pro bike to buy the pilot. Good instrument.

purchased a stationary bicycle, salesperson very knowledgable and helpful in making my decision. delivery became a bit trying. the initial delivery was to consist of delivery of the bike and moving 2 pieces of existing equipment. The first team of men were in a hurry setting the bike up without locking the seat in place and then stated they could not take the time to move the existing equipment. A second team of men were then sent to finish the job. They could not have been nicer. They were helpful, polite, a joy to have in my house.

I expected to walk onto a car lot. It wasn't that at all. They had a good selection of equipment, knowledgeable guy to talk with, and a no-pressure that made me want to come back and purchase.

Not only were we happy with the treadmill and service we received from both Jeff and Chris, we were delighted with the delivery crew and the professionalism exhibited by both men! Great store, great service!! I really like the treadmill. Thank you, Janet
