Be careful if you are buying equipment for the long term from Gym Source. I bought a spin bike and a set of replacement pads. They sold me the wrong pads (which is troubling as they don't know their own equipment) and then the clerk in the store refused to help, refused a refund and said they don't do service in the store and gave me a phone number to call. When I was at Eastern Mountain Sports a few weeks ago, they were out of what I wanted and the clerk found it at a competing store in town, without me even asking for him to do that. Here I spend over $1,200 at Gym Source and ZERO customer service from the clerk. Buy with caution.

What aggravation and a headache! I invested in a $4000+ machine after suffering a back injury. The machine broke in less than 2 years. I have been trying to get the repair done for almost 3 weeks and have been given the run around from the service department. The service department blames the vendor and the vendor blames the service department and I'm still without a working machine! When the part does finally come in, I will have to wait another week to schedule the service for which they will charge me $225! Very disappointed overall. Go elsewhere!

Even if you're a regular customer, unless you're there to buy an expensive piece of equipment, even if you came into the store first, you take second priority.

I bought an expensive machine and paid a lot for delivery and installation. When they came for delivery, they didn't have all of the right parts. It then took a few weeks before they would come back to complete the installation (meanwhile they charged me in full). I was promised to be refunded half of the installation charges, and this never happened. Since I was so tired of dealing with Gym Source, I just let it go. In the meantime, I notice that one part is not installed properly. It bothers me a lot. I do not know how to fix this (and shouldn't have to - after all, I paid a lot to have it "expertly" installed). I will never recommend Gym Source to anyone I know. The folks I dealt with were nice, but the whole experience was completely unacceptable.

Terrible customer service. Some due to snow but NO attempts to get things right!

You were out of a simple item and it took her 15minutes to figure it out. I asked her to show me a pic of what you were out of and she couldn't. I gave up.
