Gym SourceReviews of gymsource.com

I bought a new treadmill from Gym Source, got a good deal on it because of the Labor Day sale and have been using it for about a week now. Have approximately 45 miles on it and it is great, good cushioning and lots of entertainment options to keep you occupied while you run or walk. Chris at Gym Source was especially helpful, also the people that came to install the treadmill (lead by Ro) were very efficient and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience from trying to decide which treadmill to buy up to receiving and using the treadmill.

I loved the sales people, and the selection of equipment was outstanding. The staff went out of their way to get our questions answered, and had excellent follow up when they did not know an answer. The delivery scheduling was not great. They gave a 4 hour window, and had to reschedule. Also, they failed to give us the heart rate strap that was supposed to come with the recumbent bike we purchased. The sales staff made that right and made sure we got the components we needed. I would definitely go to Gym Source for other purchases for my home gym. The sales people made it a great experience overall!!!

The handles seem a little off. Can seine come out to adjust?

From my first phone call with Randy, to my in-store experience with Larry, everything went very smoothly! Larry offered good advice about which exercise bike to purchase, and the delivery was right on time, quick, and complete.....all the way to removal of my old bike, and assembly and installation of the new one. Kudos to a great team, and a job well done!

Rob went out of his way to assist my purchase of a Cybex upright bike. As a result, I would purchase from Gymsourse and recommend Gymsourse in the future.

Gym Source (Rockville, MD) has an engaging knowledgeable staff that is not pushy and will help you make equipment purchases that match your fitness goals. They have the right selection of equipment for private home use to commercial fitness on their floor. As a certified personal trainer, I have been impressed and would recommend them for any beginner fitness enthusiast to professional athlete.

Chris Cesare from Gym Source Sarasota was extremely warm and knowledgeable. We love our new Concept2 rower, and thanks to Chris we got exactly what we needed. I look forward to purchasing more equipment in the future, and appreciate the helpful staff.

I have been a repeat customer of Gym Source in White Plains, NY for 16 years. The initial advice I received from the knowledeable staff about my Tuff Stuff Muscle IV in 1998 inspired the acquisition of my True 500HRC treadmill in 2001. Both have endured the test of time. With a recent basement renovation, I added a Tuff Stuff 6 pack compact multistation unit, an AbCore Fitness Jr and a Power Block Urethane U70 to complement my other equipment. I am sure they will last at least another 20 years! AGT MD
