Adrian in the Rockville store was great to deal with on the sale, worked a discount for me with a memorial day sale and gave a better warranty than original. The delivery men were nice, efficient and quick in and out. The Octane elliptical I received is awesome. I have not dealt with them for service but feel they will deliver. Would recommend. 7

If 10 stars were possible I would give then to Vinny. He was awesome throughout the entire sales process and when the delivery/installation was happening, he was on site not once, but twice to ensure that everything went as it should have. I would HIGHLY recommend GymSource/Vinny to anyone contemplating improving their health through the purchase of exercise equipment.

Bought a Seated-Eliptical. It had a problem, the chest band heart monitor would not work. The store was helpful and repaired it without arguing. My sales rep, Maddie Blum was especially helpful.
